Prompt: Build and schedule daily app updates.

The One Cool Thing app had a simple premise, to share one interesting engineering focussed news story a day. In order to maintain the daily promise, it required a great deal of planning to execute. Once a news story was chosen, a writer would generate a summary. With the story’s URL and summary, I would select relevant, high quality photos and optimize them for tablets, smartphones, and social media.

Once the components were all ready, I would input them in our CMS and schedule accordingly.
