Thick Air T-shirt

Prompt: A custom t-shirt design for the lead character of an independent film.

The set designer requested a costume for the lead role that would tie into the character’s roots in New York City, so I illustrated “NYC” in a fingerprint to tie the two together.

The “NYC” design was so well received that they asked me to create a version based on the film’s shooting location, Detroit. The “DET” design was printed on shirts that were an incentive for the film’s Indiegogo fundraiser and were also given as a memento for the film’s crew.
